We are announcing an audition for Vanemuine Symphony Orchestra’s position VIOLA TUTTI
We offer:
- full-time job;

The audition takes place in two rounds.
To participate in the 1st round, we expect:
- your CV together with an overview of your creative activities;
- video recording of your performance of a freely chosen character piece or a concerto, 1st movement.
Candidates reaching the 2nd round are invited to an audition where we expect you to perform:
- C. P. Stamitz viola concerto in D major 1st movement with cadenza or F. A. Hoffmeister viola concerto in D major 1st movement with candenza
- orchestral excerpts, that will be sent directly to the candidates invited to the 2nd round.
Please send the video together with your CV by April 20th 2025 to konkurss@vanemuine.ee with the title „ viola audition“. The chosen candidates are sent an invitation via e-mail together with detailed information about the audition and orchestral excerpts.
The 2nd round will take place on June 5th 2025 in Vanemuine Theatre, Tartu, Estonia.
Starting time of employment – July 2025.
